In 1989, Darryl Baskin stepped into the world of real estate with a clear goal: to create a better experience for buyers and sellers. What started as the ambition of a young associate quickly turned into a celebrated career. He went from Rookie of the Year to Partner at Oklahoma’s largest independent real estate brokerage, collecting top producer awards along the way. His work ethic, combined with an innovative marketing approach, soon made him a familiar name in northeastern Oklahoma real estate.
Darryl’s career has been marked by both recognition and leadership. He’s been honored as the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors’ Sales Associate of the Year, named to The Journal Record’s “Achievers Under 40,” and featured in Tulsa Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” Beyond awards, he became a trusted voice for the community through hosting The Future of Real Estate, Tulsa’s longest-running locally produced TV program outside of the evening news. He also shares his expertise weekly on KRMG radio, helping listeners understand the market in plain language.
Known for combining high-touch client service with advanced technology, Darryl has always been ahead of the curve in bringing efficiency and convenience to real estate. He even founded OKLiveEvents.com, a professional video streaming company, to expand the reach of real estate marketing and live events, and became a Court-Appointed Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. His influence extends beyond the industry as well—he’s served on boards for Junior Achievement, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, Bixby Chamber of Commerce, and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). His personal commitment to children is extraordinary: since 1993, he has fostered 20 children and adopted seven, making advocacy and care a central part of his life.
