We had a great experience with Darryl Baskin.
He was very patient and informative the first time we met and talked about putting our house on the market. When the time came, he was again very informative about his responsibilities and ours as we opened our home to the market. Safety was a big issue for us, and he and his associates provided that for us. Our house was sold on the 6th day, and he has followed through with every step until the closing. We recommend him highly to anyone interested in putting their home on the market.
